The first step is the ideal beef, after a year of searching we found it in a pristine part of Australia.
Our exclusive F1 Wagyu is pasture raised and organic-feed finished to the highest ethical standards. With a high (but not too high) 6+ marble score, it’s perfect beef for a thick cut steak experience.
Then our beef is cut in artisan-butcher style to produce bone-in, inch thick steaks. Cooked in classic Florentine style over a high temperature wood-fired grill, the signature charred-crust seals in the juicy centre to for a full-flavoured steak that strikes the ideal balance of taste, texture and tenderness.
Finished in simple style with extra-virgin olive oil and salt, our 1.1kg bone-in steaks are served to share in the traditional manner.
