“BISTECCA” IS ITALIAN FOR STEAK
Our signature dish, and namesake, is the Bistecca alla Fiorentina — a thick cut, char-grilled T-bone steak to share. Prepared in traditional Tuscan style over a high temperature wood-fired grill to produce a charred crust yet tender and juicy centre for an indulgent steak experience.
Our F1 Wagyu beef is pasture raised in the King and Kiewa Valleys of Australia, and organic grain-finished under the highest ethical standards. All our seafood is sustainably sourced, and our produce organic where possible.
Bistecca is the ultimate venue for any celebratory occasion; from a romantic date to a dinner party. Multiple private spaces are available to cater for groups over 8.

La Soffitta at Bistecca
PRIVATE EVENT DINING EXPERIENCE
Positioned above our dining room on the second floor, La Soffitta offers a unique, architectural event experience. Our heritage shophouse is lined with authentic red brick walls built over 90 years ago, complemented by Bistecca’s interior design and bespoke original artwork.
Capacity ranges from 8-26 guests at one table to 30 guests at three tables of 10. Private dining menus start at $80 for food with variable minimum spends for lunch or dinner, weekdays or weekends.
